Taking the Heart Healthy Attitude to the Kitchen – March 15th, 2-3pm

Did you know that eating healthy can also decrease your stress? Join us March 15th to learn how to cook a heart healthy meal that is simple and delicious. Our chef, Brenda Buchanan, RN will also discuss how stress affects the body in different ways.

Advance Directives Workshop – March 22nd, 2-3pm

National Healthcare Decision Day is April 16th, have you declared your Power of Attorney for Healthcare? Join us for an educational discussion about the importance of having an Advanced Directive. Have the opportunity to ask questions about and complete a document with a Licensed Social Worker from Vitas Innovative Hospice.
