We would highly recommend BILD for providing a life changing service to families that care for someone who cannot get out of bed on their own. When our family member came to live with us, she had been confined to bed most of the time all of her life, unless someone was able to lift her in and out of the bed. As she has gotten older, that task has gotten harder on her and her caregivers. It was also an accident waiting to happen, taking a huge chance in dropping her or us getting injured lifting her.

The staff at BILD helped us determine the kind of lift that would work best for our home and her needs. So now we have a lift to get her in and out of bed, and the ability to use the same lift over our tub. Now we can give her a tub bath safely!! No worries now about lifting her when she is wet. Best of all, she feels safe with being transferred and it is much more comfortable for her too!

They installed the ceiling lift promptly, efficiently and provided loads of education so that we could use it safely right away. It also did not require any major alterations to our home. They are also a great resource if you have other questions about caring for loved ones who are confined to bed.

Their customer service is excellent: Case in point: Recently our lift just stopped working, on a Friday (of course) and this being our only option to get our loved one in and out of bed, we called to get help. Ed was amazing! He worked extremely hard that day to find someone to bring us a spare lift, even though he was the only person working! So thanks again to Dan, who brought out the lift and to your techs for getting our old lift fixed. We can’t thank you enough for all your help and support!!
