Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your order and send you tracking information. After down payment is received, we release the order to the factory to be custom built for you. We will keep you informed of status updates and tracking as the order progresses. It takes 3-4 weeks for the chair to be built and 1-2 weeks to ship. Broda wheelchairs are shipped with all accessories pre-installed except for the leg rest which clip in very easily.
